Introduction

Overview

NE Bucket elevator is a kind of elevator used for lifting bulk materials vertically, maximum transport height is 50 m. It is widely used in the cement industry, chemical industry, power plant, grain storage and other industry etc, For conveying cement, cement clinker, crushed lime, sand, compound fertilizer, coal, grain and other bulk material etc. Our company manufacture various type bucket elevator to meet your different demands.


All buckets are tracked by Steel Plate chain not belt, so it can resist high temperature more than 250℃. And the steel plate chain has a longer service life than belt.

Operating Principle

Flow-through feeding: Materials directly flows into the hopper which does not need to excavate materials, reducing mechanical wear. 

Materials are completely and uniformly taken, which avoid material storage at the bottom. It is suitable for conveying materials with large size and relatively high abrasiveness.


Performance Features

1. High Hoisting Capacity

The flow-through feeding and induction discharging are adopted, and the intensively arranged hopper is adopted for the conveying. The chain speed is low and the hoisting amount is large. The hoisting amount is within the range of 15-800 m3/h.

2. Low Drive Power

When the material is hoisted, there is no back feed and packing, so the useless power is low. The theoretical calculated power is about 45% of that of the ring elevator.

3. Wide Range of Hoisting

This type of elevator poses fewer requirements for the type, characteristics and lumpiness of the material. It can hoist not only powdery, granular and block materials but also the materials with high abrasiveness and with a temperature of ≤250℃.

4. Higher Lifting Height

With low chain speed, smooth and steady operation, and high-strength wear-resisting plate chain, the hoisting height (up to 50m) is relatively large.

5. Long Service Life

The flow-through feeding is adopted for the elevator, and there is little squeezing and collision between moving parts and material. The elevator is designed to ensure that the material will not be scattered during feeding, hoisting and discharging, which prevents the elevator body from being worn by the material. The conveying chain is a high-strength wear-resisting plate chain that can extend the service life of the chain and chain bucket. According to the long-term production practice of the product. The service life of the conveying chain is over 5 years.

6. Convenient Maintenance

The advanced design principle ensures the operational reliability of the entire conveyor. The failure-free time is over 20,000 hours.

Structural Composition
1

NE plate chain bucket elevator consists of running part,  drive unit, head device, middle casing, and tail device.

2Running part consists of a hopper and a bush roller chain. The single-strand chain is used for NE15 and NE30, and the double-strand chain is used for NE50-NE500.

Drive unit consists of a drive platform, a drive combination and a transmission chain. There are 2 types of drive combinations: 

1). Chain drive: it is generally composed of a hardened reducer (or JZQ speed reducer), a YOX hydraulic coupling, a Y-series motor, an XWD speed reducer, an electromagnetic clutch (or manual clutch); 

2). Direct connection: the direct connection is used between the rectangular-axis hardened reducer and the main shaft of the elevator, and the coupling connection is used between the Y-series motor and the speed reducer.

Drive device is divided into left assembly drive device, right assembly drive device, and dual drive device. So as to be respectively corresponding to left assembly elevator, right assembly elevator, and dual drive elevator.

Left assembly: personnel are face to the feed inlet, while drive device combination is on the left side.

Right assembly: personnel are face to feed inlet, while drive device combination is on the right side.

Dual drive: personnel are face to the feed inlet, while drive device combination is on both sides.

5Middle casing -middle nodules, standard and non-standard, of the access door, are included.
6The tail device is equipped with a tension gear, the NE15-50 is spring-tensioned, and the NE100-500 is drop-weight-tensioned. At present, our company provides a new internal tension device, which will greatly reduce ash leakage.
