Client Background
A grain processing facility in Surabaya,East Java processes wheat and corn into flour and animal feed.Its existing screw conveyors frequently clog when moving powdery flour and granular corn,causing material buildup,dust leakage,and unplanned production stops.

Solution
Yingda finished manufacturing one custom built FU scraper conveyor on June 27.We designed it for grain processing 15m long,500mm wide,with fully enclosed housing and heavy-duty scraper chains.We equipped the FU scraper conveyor with a variable frequency drive for adjustable speed,sealed housing to contain dust,and multiple feed and discharge openings for various production processes.The FU series handles powder and granular materials including flour and corn grits.

Implementation & Results
The FU scraper conveyor completed smooth full load test runs. We loaded and shipped the unit on June 27,and it will arrive in Surabaya in mid July.The customer will install it to replace the unreliable screw units,ensuring steady material flow and supporting expanded production targets while meeting dust emission standards.
